My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the hotel's location was convenient but had some drawbacks. Overall, a good value for money.

The service was exceptional, with a particularly friendly and helpful staff member named Fatih. Dining offered delicious options, and the hotel facilities were convenient.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were nice and super clean, and I was greeted each morning by the lovely and smiling lady in charge. The service, especially from Mustafa and Erdan, was beyond amazing. They even surprised us with a cake for my son's 12th birthday. The location was great, near all the major tourist destinations with good connectivity to public transport. However, the area around the hotel seemed shady and dodgy, giving the place a bad reputation.

My stay at the Best Western Premier Senator Hotel Istanbul was a mix of comfort and noise. The rooms, although clean and comfy, suffered from disruptive air conditioning noise at night. The hotel offers a reasonable price for the quality of the rooms.
